J. Sprinkle Homes is a spec home building company in the Shawnee, OK area. It was founded in 2019 by Jason Sprinkle, after he spent nearly 20 years as an engineer in the Oil & Gas industry. Jason grew up helping his father in the construction business and contracted a home builder to build his first home in 2011. He enjoyed the process so much, he knew it would be something he would like to do in the future.

What Is a Spec Home?

A spec home is a new, move-in-ready home, built with a house plan pre-determined by the builder, “speculated” to sell easily due to its desirable amenities and affordability.
